Gratitude - We have much to be thankful for.
Presenter: Raye Morgan God still provides for the daily needs of His children, just like He provided for the Israelites in the wilderness and Elijah at the brook Cherith. However, God’s provisions are not limited to “our daily bread”. He is generous and also gives us the things we need for our emotional and spiritual well-being. He is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. We see His provision in Genesis when He supplied the sacrifice for Abraham on Mount Moriah. And later we see God provide the ultimate sacrifice for our sins in the death, burial, and resurrection of His Son Jesus. So, what should our response be to the God Who Provides? Scripture tells us that praise and thanksgiving are the most appropriate response to God’s generous gifts. Gratitude helps us to focus on God and the many ways that He supplies for our daily needs. The Workshop Session will address the many ways that we can show God our gratitude on a daily basis so that it become a part of who we are. We are constantly looking for God’s provision and are completely dependent on Him. Victory - Spiritual Markers and Milestones
Presenter: Stacie Norman Spiritual milestones are significant markers in our life journey. These are often special moments of significance in our spiritual lives. Perhaps it is the day you were baptized, or the day you dedicated your children in church. It might even be a special answered prayer or a time when God provided for you during a time of great need. Spiritual milestones provide opportunities for us to look back and reflect on the powerful moments God has moved in our lives and they often serve to encourage us during future seasons of difficulty. In the book of Joshua, the children of Israel took 12 stones from the middle of the Jordan when they crossed the river on dry land while advancing into the Promised Land. The purpose of those stones were to serve as a reminder of the time the waters of the Jordan were cut off. These memorial stones were used to teach future generations about God's faithfulness to fulfill His promises to His people. This workshop will provide information about spiritual milestones and markers in modern-day Christianity and equip you with ideas to help you create and celebrate the spiritual markers in your own family. WORKSHOP SESSION 2
Protection - We are victorious because of God's protection.
Presenter: Logan Lanier As God’s children, we have the gift of His protection throughout our lives. Recognizing His hand working in protection can make a huge difference in our families. This workshop will explore some of the ways we can open our eyes to see His hand of protection, how we are victorious by His protection, and how we can celebrate the victories He has given us so far in life. Forgiveness - We are more than Conquerors because of His forgiveness.
Presenter: Jordan & Brooke Russell Forgiveness is central to the Christian faith. Without it, we could not have a relationship with our holy God. Because of His great love and forgiveness in our lives, we are called to love and forgive those who have wronged us. It sounds simple, but often is quite difficult. This session will look at what forgiveness is, what it isn't, and how we are equipped to conquer what can seem unconquerable. The pew liveThe Pew

Rebelutionaries
Presenters: Clay Gill & April Mitchell This workshop is about challenging teens and young adults to not settle for a life of complacency by rebelling against low expectations and striving to do hard things. There is a myth about adolescence that says these years should be spent playing around and finding yourself. This myth is robbing today's youth from reaching their full potential and is robbing our society of well equipped young men and women who could make an impact. We will cover five challenges for the teens in this workshop. |
